Terms & Condition of Sale
Acceptance of Terms — By purchasing and accepting delivery of products supplied by iProbeLabs (“Products”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Terms or conditions contained in any order form or other document submitted by you which are inconsistent with, or in addition to, these Terms and Conditions are rejected, objected to and shall be deemed void and of no force or effect.
Ordering

To place an order, find your product by search its name, CAS number, or SKU number, select the desired quantity, and add it to your shopping cart by selecting the "Add to Cart" button. Before checking out, you will be prompted to create an account or to log in with your existing account. In your cart, you can apply any promo codes.

During checkout, you will simply need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information (via a secure payment process), and place your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. Additionally, our exclusive valid promote code is acceptable to apply to your purchase. All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

Shipping & Delivery

Normal Delivery takes 8 - 10 days

  • Shipping to certain rural ZIP codes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses may takes extra time.
  • No delivery on Sundays or major holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday may take longer than 10 days to arrive.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers which may also delay delivery times.
  • Estimated delivery times will be noted directly on the product detail page, in your shopping cart at the time of your order and in your order confirmation email. Actual delivery times are subject to change.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states.
  • We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses when they have a U.S. ZIP code, however, additional shipping charges will apply, and delivery may take longer. Get shipping options and delivery estimates at checkout.
  • We ship to over 65 international countries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in the continental U.S.

Delays - Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and do not represent a promise by iProbeLabs to deliver Products at a certain date. iProbeLabs shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond iProbeLabs's reasonable control, including, without limitation, unsuccessful reactions, act(s) of you, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of iProbeLabs's business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labor difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of God, delay in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, fuel, materials, supplies or power at current prices. If any such event continues for longer than 180 days, either party may terminate your order and you will pay iProbeLabs for work performed prior to termination. If, for reasons other than the foregoing, iProbeLabs should default or delay or not deliver Products, your sole remedy against iProbeLabs is an option to cancel your purchase order, through prior written notice to iProbeLabs.

Your Orders

Once you place an order, you can check its status by logging in and going to "Your Account." You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time before we process the order. After we have processed the order, however, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. Note that we usually process the day's orders every evening but in many instances we also process orders at approximately 12 p.m. ET as well.

In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first cancel your order, then place a new order.

Returns & Replacements

Our Customer Service is available to assist your order concerns. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

Prior to returning any items, please contact Customer Service to obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. A return authorization will ensure the safe and proper handling of material and enable us to expedite a resolution. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Shipment of authorized returns should be made within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and continue to provide competitive prices, certain items may not be returned for credit. These items include: diagnostic reagents; refrigerated or frozen products; reagents and standards which have passed their expiration dates; custom products or special offers; products missing labels or parts. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a 20% processing fee and all returns must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
